At Simply Fine Wine our staff strives to make your winemaking experience the most enjoyable ever, while providing you with the finest quality wines from around the world.

We are very proud of Simply Fine Wine and we believe that our wines and our staff make the "simply fine" difference.

Hard work and careful wine making practices have enable us to win over 200 medals, including the Best of Show for a white wine concentrate at the prestigious Amateur Winemakers of Ontario competition.

Our dedication to sourcing out the best wines and constantly improving our service reflects in your Simply Fine Winemaking experience.

Our "Simply Fine" Staff

Peter, our production manager carefully guides every wine through the process. Consistency and quality have always been his goals and he brings his dedication to every single one of your wines. As a wine maker extraordinaire he has developed some very special recipes. Be sure and ask for "Peter's special Australian Shiraz".

Jeff is the "filtermeister". While preparing and processing wines are part of his job, running his filters is what keeps him happy, especially his big industrial super filter. Jeff conscientiously and carefully cleans and sterilizes everything your wine comes into contact with. He wants your wine to sparkle and it does. Jeff's favourite wine is a lighter French Vieux Chateau du Roi.

Pete joined us as our chief scheduler. Ensuring that our wines are processed according to schedule, and that not a bottle is missed are all part of Pete's role with Simply Fine Wine. Pete is also able to keep you informed about our special "Limited Edition" wines. Pete's knowledge about these special wines enables him to ensure that our clients get the exact wine they want when they want it. Pete enjoys some of the bigger, full bodied reds.

The ladies you will meet when you enter Simply Fine Wine are Robin, Monica and Patti.

Robin's wide background in customer service makes her perfect for client contact. Her warm smile will greet you when you walk through the door.
Our big, robust, French Merlot keeps Robin smiling.

Monica is our "professional agitator". She is the girl who makes sure your wines move when they are supposed to. She keeps the "Boys in the Back" in line.

Patti loves to talk and learn about wine. Her background in education and research combined with her knowledge of wines has prepared her to help you select the perfect wine. Patti is also a member of the prestigious Wine Judges of Canada. She believes that a glass of wine enhances your life. Whether your wine is to be enjoyed with a meal at home, or a special occasion such as a wedding or a party or even a client appreciation gift at Christmas, Patti can help you make a "simply fine" choice. A big, beautiful Gewurztraminer is her favourite. She has won several international gold medals with this wine.

Our staff is dedicated to providing personal attention to you and your wine and we are proud you have chosen us as your "simply fine" winemaking store.

Simply Fine Wine has lots of interesting and unusual items. The one that we are the most excited about is the 8' x 24' mural that hangs across the back of the store. This mural was created by a young Canadian artist, Robin Polfuss, (yes, she's our daughter) using only 5 colours of spray paint on a construction tarp. It was created while constructing the second Simply Fine Wine, but due to the size it was rolled up and neglected until now. We think you will agree that it deserves to be hung. We are very proud of Simply Fine Wine and hope that you will enjoy our new store. Come in and share our excitement.
